Morning energy tea!

Jasmine and Oolong tea are important in Chinese culture and may help boost the immune system, brain health, blood circulation, hormonal balance, reduce stress, manage diabetes, and provide antioxidants.

Steeped, it turns a rich golden color with a strong flavor from the Oolong tea leaves and a lovely Jasmine scent. The light Jasmine taste makes it a wonderful choice for a morning tea.

Less caffeine than coffee.

Ingredients: Jasmine, Oolong tea.

Directions: Add 1/2 tbs to 1 cup (250ml) of hot water and steep for 5 minutes. Best during the day.
